David has held general management and senior leadership positions with medical device companies, including Halyard, Neotract, AMS Australia and a major Australian distributor. He has a strong track record of building businesses and launching new products into new and competitive markets.
David’s passion is to bring together strategy, business logic, market knowledge, great products and surgeons to maximise patient outcomes while delivering industry leading results to the creators of life changing products.
David develops winning value propositions that stand out in the market. He develops relationships with distributors, clinical professionals, government agencies and opinion leaders that can be leveraged to maximise positive outcomes.
With a BA (Human Movement Sciences), and over 15 years’ experience in Medical Devices, Pharma and the Healthcare industry, Caroline has developed a deep understanding of product commercialisation.
Caroline has held sales and product management roles to launch new treatments and devices with companies, including NeoTract, Conmed, Stryker, Genzyme and Serono (Merck), where she has built a wealth of knowledge in sales, marketing, regulatory, innovation and research and development.
Caroline rapidly develops sales pipelines using innovative and imaginative sales and marketing programs designed to achieve maximum market exposure and penetration.
Caroline has built an extensive network of clinicians, procurement managers and other healthcare professionals across multiple markets. Through these partnerships she has been able to obtain valuable insights providing reliable market access intelligence.
Caroline’s skills are focused in the areas of strategic market plan development, analysis of opportunity, marketing, research, and go-to market implementation.
